Perception & Navigation

Gemini35 features a multi-sensor fusion perception system that integrates LiDAR and vision sensors. Combined with VSLAM and LiDAR SLAM dual localization, it achieves real-time positioning and mapping in complex environments.

In narrow aisles between warehouse racks and densely arranged factory floors, the robot plans sweeping paths autonomously, performing full-coverage zig-zag sweeping with automatic re-cleaning of edges and corners. It returns to the charging dock automatically when a task is finished or the battery runs low, and resumes from the breakpoint after charging. For obstacle avoidance, Gemini35 automatically steers around static and dynamic obstacles such as rack columns and pedestrians, and detects low-lying objects like cables to keep cleaning running continuously. The navigation and perception technologies are protected by multiple invention patents (Patent No. CN109159137B, CN118924175B).

Cleaning Performance & Rapid Mapping

Gemini35 features a 1000 mm cleaning width, a productivity of 2100 m²/h, paired with a 45L hopper that reduces emptying frequency on the job. From logistics warehouses of tens of thousands of square meters to continuously running automated factories, a single Gemini35 takes on large-area sweeping tasks. Its cleaning structure pairs side brushes with a roller brush in a complete gather-scoop-suction chain: side brushes gather debris, the roller brush scoops it in, and vacuum suction removes it. The sloped scoop-style intake handles hard debris under 200 mm in length, 200 mm in width, and 80 mm in height, directly addressing blockages caused by scattered waste.

Measuring 1088x916x515 mm, Gemini35 keeps a compact footprint while maintaining its cleaning width, and travels at up to 0.7 m/s to balance productivity with operating safety. The minimum passage width of 1300 mm and the minimum passage height of 550 mm adapt it to aisle conditions across a wide range of industrial sites. The filtration system uses an automatic filter-shaking design to reduce manual cleaning and keep suction unobstructed. Through the companion app, users can manage maps, schedule tasks, and monitor status for end-to-end equipment operation. Combined with a modular structure and quick-release wear parts, daily maintenance is easier.

The launch of Gemini35 completes TVX's full-scenario coverage, from walk-behind scrubbers and ride-on scrubbers to sweepers and unmanned cleaning equipment.
